At Project Life Subic, we continue to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and compassion of our staff through continuous learning and professional development.
Today, our team participated in a valuable training on Trauma-Informed Care and Psychological First Aid (PFA) — equipping us to better understand, support, and respond to individuals experiencing emotional distress, crisis, trauma, and mental health challenges.

The training emphasized the importance of creating safe spaces, listening with empathy, recognizing trauma responses, and providing immediate emotional support without judgment. As helpers and advocates, we believe that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

This learning experience reminds us that mental health care is not only about intervention, but also about compassion, awareness, and human connection. We remain committed to serving our community with greater sensitivity, understanding, and hope. 💚
